Weariness is named plainly in the Bible. Isaiah writes to people who have run out; Elijah sleeps and eats before anything else happens; the Gospels record Jesus asleep in a boat during a storm.
If tiredness is persistent, unexplained or getting worse, it is worth seeing a doctor. This page is for reflection, not diagnosis.

28Haven’t you known? Haven’t you heard? The everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, doesn’t faint. He isn’t weary. His understanding is unsearchable. 29He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. 30Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; 31but those who wait for the LORD will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.
28“Come to me, all you who labour and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones.
Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season if we don’t give up.
